Advice & Support Subscription Service

  • Access to telephone advice and support regarding any issue relating to safeguarding in education
  • Requests for advice and support will be submitted to a dedicated Email address, provided only to subscribers

Incoming Emails will be checked frequently.  Requests for advice/support will be addressed in relation to urgency.  Requests will need to indicate the level of urgency:

Level 1 – response urgently required by end of school day

Level 2 – response required as soon as possible within next 72 hours

Level 3 – not immediately urgent

  • Level 1 and 2 requests will ordinarily receive a telephone response within the requisite timescale
  • Level 3 requests will ordinarily receive a response within 3 working days
  • Subscribers will also be offered longer telephone and/or video consultations as necessary
  • It is not intended to restrict the number of hours used by each subscriber for telephone/video advice and support.  However, if situations require more detailed attention (e.g. face to face discussions, perusal of complex documents, multiple conversations), additional hourly rates may apply

We are pleased to offer this popular service again. The subscription rates are offered per school/setting* for the period 1st September 2024 – 31st August 2025, according to numbers of pupils/students.
